PolyAI automates customer service through lifelike voice assistants that let customers lead a conversation. Our voice assistants make it possible for businesses to deliver outstanding customer service that rivals their human agents. Our customers, which include the world’s leading logos, are expanding how they use our platform, driving automation of critical customer service operations and integrating PolyAI into their daily customer service workflows.

PolyAI is hiring a Senior Manager, GTM Systems to own the GTM technology stack that powers our revenue organization. This is a foundational role for how we scale. You'll bring architectural clarity to our systems, tell us honestly what's broken or redundant, and drive the rebuild and optimization needed to support a high-growth enterprise sales motion.

Salesforce is the center of our GTM systems. Around it sits a suite of tools (Outreach, Gong, HubSpot, Clay, and others) that need to work together cleanly and earn their place. You'll have real agency in shaping what that looks like, working closely with RevOps and GTM leadership to recommend, decide, and execute.

This isn't a role for someone who maintains what exists. It's for someone who questions whether what exists is right, has a clear point of view on what "good" looks like, and drives the team to get there.

You will report to the VP of Revenue Operations.

What You'll Do:

Systems Ownership & Architecture

  • Own Salesforce end-to-end: data model, workflows, automations, integrations, and governance

  • Conduct a rigorous audit of the current Salesforce instance and lead a meaningful rebuild where required

  • Continuously evaluate and optimize the broader GTM stack across marketing, sales, post-sales, and channel motions, eliminate redundancy and establish a coherent architecture that scales with the business

GTM Systems Operations

  • Translate GTM workflows into durable system logic: lead routing, opportunity management, prospecting enrichment, post-sales handoffs, and renewal triggers

  • Govern CRM data quality: deduplication, account hierarchies, field hygiene, and attribution integrity

  • Document architecture decisions and integration logic so the organization's systems knowledge is shared and durable

Agentic Workflow & AI Thinking

  • Proactively identify opportunities to introduce agentic automation across the GTM systems stack - where AI can replace manual steps, surface better signals, or accelerate workflows

  • Partner with our AI Operations lead to evaluate and adopt new capabilities, ensuring what gets built is grounded in clean systems and reliable data

Who You Are:

  • 5-8 years in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, or CRM Architecture within growth-stage B2B SaaS

  • Deep Salesforce expertise: you've built or rebuilt an instance before, not just administered one

  • Working knowledge of Outreach and HubSpot, and how the broader GTM stack integrates around Salesforce

  • A systems thinker who designs for scale, stability, and future automation, not just the immediate ask

  • Comfortable as auditor, architect, and executor: you assess what's wrong, design the fix, and build it

  • Genuinely curious about AI and its application to GTM workflows. You think in terms of what can be automated, not just what can be configured

What Will Make You Stand Out:

  • You've led a Salesforce audit and rebuild at a company going through a step-change in GTM complexity

  • Experience with AI-powered GTM tooling: agentic automation, enrichment orchestration, or AI-assisted prospecting (Clay, Gong, Common Room, or similar)

We provide a competitive salary range for this role - which is $125,000 – $145,000 base salary plus a 15% annual bonus depending on level and experience. Please note this range is intended as a guide, not a guarantee. Final compensation will be based on individual qualifications, relevant experience, and the scope of the role.

In addition to salary, this position includes equity in the business, giving you the opportunity to share in the company’s long-term success.

Where to Advertise Machine Learning Jobs in the UK (2026 Guide)

Where to advertise machine learning jobs UK in 2026: the specialist boards and communities that reach ML, MLOps and deep learning engineering talent. The candidate pool is small, highly specialised and in demand across AI labs, financial services, healthcare, autonomous systems and consumer technology simultaneously. Machine learning engineers and researchers move between roles through professional networks, conference communities and specialist platforms — not general job boards where ML roles compete with unrelated software engineering positions for the same audience. This guide, published by MachineLearningJobs.co.uk, covers where to advertise machine learning roles in the UK in 2026, how the main platforms compare, what employers should expect to pay, and what the data says about hiring across different role types.

Machine Learning Jobs UK 2026: What to Expect Over the Next 3 Years

Machine Learning Jobs UK 2026: roles, salaries and the MLOps, LLM and generative AI hiring trends shaping UK ML careers over the next three years. Machine learning has undergone a transformation that few technology disciplines can match. In the space of three years it has moved from a specialism sitting at the edges of most organisations' technology strategies to a capability that sits at the centre of them. The tools have changed, the expectations have shifted, and the range of industries treating machine learning as a core business function — rather than an experimental one — has expanded dramatically. For job seekers, this creates both opportunity and complexity in roughly equal measure. The machine learning jobs market of 2026 is significantly larger than it was three years ago, but it is also significantly more demanding. Employers have developed more sophisticated expectations, the technical bar for specialist roles has risen, and the landscape of tools, frameworks, and architectural patterns that practitioners are expected to know has broadened considerably. The candidates who will thrive over the next three years are those who understand where the discipline is heading — which specialisms are attracting the most investment, which technologies are reshaping what machine learning engineers and researchers are expected to build, and how the definition of a machine learning career is evolving beyond the model-building core toward a much wider range of roles across the full ML lifecycle. This article breaks down what the UK machine learning jobs market is likely to look like through to 2028 — covering the titles emerging right now, the technologies driving employer demand, the skills that will matter most, and how to position your career ahead of the curve.
