Inthis role you’ll be given world-class sales training and work withsome of the biggest tech companies and leading award winningcreative and marketing services agencies. Working days - Monday,Wednesday, Thursday work from the office, Tuesday and Friday workfrom home. What does Entourage do? In short we’re an outsourcedbusiness development and marketing department that help b2bcompanies globally to win new clients and grow their businesses.Our clients range from tech giants and disruptors includinghousehold names including Google, AWS, Adobe, Verizon and SAP aswell as unicorns + award winning, best-in-class agencies likeSocial Chain, Imagination, Amplify and more. What does an EntourageBusiness Development Executive do? You’ll be working on multipleclient accounts (typically 4/5), helping to drive registrations toevents through a mix of prospecting channels including socialselling (LinkedIn), phone outreach and sending personalised emails.You’ll research then build a list of prospects that hit the clientICP brief, invite them along to events (we've created) where theycan hear from expert speakers typically on a challenge they mightbe facing, you'll then look to generate sales meetings post-event.You’ll attend these events which are hosted at cool venues such asSoho House, The Shard, The Gerkin, The National Portrait Galleryand other standout venues. What does the day to day look like? Eachday is different! Working across a wide range of clients you’ll: ●Your key deliverable will be generating registrations to clientwebinars & events utilising LinkedIn, the phone and email toprospect with the phone being your main channel of outreach. ●Build targeting lists on LinkedIn Sales Navigator of people who fitthe target persona’s that our clients want to target. ● You’ll thenuse these prospect lists as the basis of your outreach where you’lluse a mix of direct messaging and automation to engage them, buildinterest and secure event sign ups. ● Generate new leads from coldby leveraging insight, content, events and trends to spark theconversation. ● Communicate with clients and undertake generalaccount management responsibilities such as compiling reportingdocuments and ensuring your client has all the information aboutthe leads you generate. ● Religiously update and maintain the CRMsystem. Requirements ● Min 6 months working experience in an officeenvironment or sales role. ● Ideally some kind of sales/prospectingexperience but personality fit is more important. ● Goodcommunication skills both verbal and written is an absolutely must.● You must be self motivated and like responsibility andaccountability KPI’s & Targets Monthly targets focused on a setamount of meetings booked and attended and/or event registrationsign ups comprising of digital and in-real-life events. Daily,weekly and monthly KPI’s around activity depending on the projectwith 300 calls per week as a minimum requirement + Linkedin andemail outreach too. Support, Training, On-boarding ● Rigorouson-boarding program ● Line manager who will plan and deliver youron-boarding program + help plan your working week + offerday-to-day support + drive your personal development (Clear short,medium and long term development plan) ● Full internal world-classsales training provided by active practitioners and director-levelexecs ● Weekly and monthly team and individualtraining
