The opportunity.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Alliances Operations Analyst to join our global Alliances Operations team. This is the perfect role for a proactive individual who wants to make a tangible impact, contribute ideas, and grow their skills in a supportive, high-energy environment. What you’ll be doing.

As a vital contributor to our partner ecosystem, you will be responsible for the following:

Partner Lifecycle Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our delivery partners, building strong relationships and proactively addressing queries.
  • Oversee the entire partner journey, from onboarding and training to offboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Operational Excellence

  • Collaborate with the Alliances Operations Lead to identify, implement, and document new processes to establish and share best practices globally.
  • Enforce data standards to ensure the accuracy and reliability of all partner-related data.

Resource & Commercial Alignment

  • Monitor the sales pipeline to forecast partner resource needs, ensuring alignment between sales and delivery teams.
  • Manage the deployment of partner resources to meet project demands and skill requirements.
  • Collaborate with commercial and legal teams to support the negotiation and finalization of partner contracts and rate cards.

Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyse partner data to create clear, insightful reports that help leadership make informed decisions.
  • Track and manage partner-related budgets, contract renewals, and invoice approvals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal Alliances, Delivery, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure information flows smoothly.
  • Advise partners on team development, including training and resourcing requirements, to build a center of excellence.
