Ecommerce Data Analyst
This role involves analyzing end-to-end customer journeys on the Ocado Smart Platform to uncover insights around shopper behavior, conversion, retention, and engagement. The analyst will build segmentation models, run A/B tests, and create dashboards to guide global retail partners’ commercial strategies. Work spans data exploration, statistical analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering teams to improve digital storefronts and platform performance.
