The Role: How you'll make an impact at Personio

This position can be office-based or fully remote from one of the following countries: Germany, Spain, Ireland, the Netherlands, or the UK.

This Technical Program Managerwill sit in the Data Strategy and Operations team where our mission is to: “Drive and Support Cross-functional data programs to enable success at Personio”. This exciting role will help support that mission by working both internally with the rest of the data department to improve our operations and externally with stakeholders on data programs to ensure the job gets done - planning, designing & driving success of programs that tackle our current and future data needs.

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

As a TPM your role is to “make sure the job gets done”, you willown all the activitiesthroughout a data program lifecycle to ensure this  You drive and facilitate Data programs and communicate proactivelywith all stakeholders and teams to share insights, improve collaboration, ensure knowledge sharing, and manage change You develop and track progress on OKRs, follow up with teams and stakeholders, and make sure that they are converging toward the road map and company goals You own the Data Department Jira service desk. From the Jira initiative set-ups to the notifications from Jira tickets You are aScrum Masteron multiple Data virtual teams, you help the team to prioritize tasks and dependencies as well as manage the sprint progress You ensure that Personios know how to access & navigate data by runningData Enablement programs 

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

Experience2+ years of experience working as a program manager with strong knowledge of data OR2+ years as a hands-on data analyst with strong interest in program management You areproactive, astrong communicator,collaborator, highlyorganized, great attention to detail, have a strong ability toinfluenceandpassionateabout Data. You have an understandingof how a data department operates and drives business success (ideally in SaaS) You have Data BI experience (e.g. Tableau,Looker, Power BI) and at least foundational SQL experience Strong knowledge working with Jirato manage multi-team projects and programs, as well as maintaining program transparency and delivering results on time Excellentproblem-solving, time management, and tactical thinking skillswith an eye for detail, as well as for the big picture
