You’ll work acrossdigital, brand, and production projects, making sure every deadline is hit, every detail is nailed, and every client feels like they’re our one and only. With yourlaser-sharp organisation, problem-solving flair, and people skills, you’lljuggle timelines, budgets, and teams — all while keeping clients in the loop and smiling.

What You’ll Do 

Own the Project Journey 


  • Take projects from brief to brilliance, ensuring they’re deliveredon time, on budget, and on point
  • Work directly with clients to define thewhat, why, when, and how— scoping out objectives, deliverables, and timelines from the get-go. 
  • Track progress, flag risks, and keep everything movingwith military precision and creative flair. 


Be the Client’s Confidant 


  • Act as theprimary point of contactfor our clients — buildingtrust, solving problems, and making sure they always feel heard
  • Manage expectations like a pro — ensuring clientsunderstand where we’re at, what’s coming next, and why we’re making certain creative choices


Keep Teams in Sync 


  • Work hand-in-hand withdesigners, developers, strategists, and external partners, ensuring everyone’s aligned and every moving part is crystal clear. 
  • Run project meetings that people actually want to attend, delivering updates that are sharp, clear, and useful. 
  • Spot roadblocks before they happen— and solve them before they slow us down. 


Champion the Budget 


  • Build and manage project budgets, ensuring webalance profitability with creative excellence
  • Work closely with finance to keep invoicing seamless and accurate. 


Stay One Step Ahead 


  • Build detailed project plans and timelines,mapping out who does what, when, and why
  • Keep an eagle eye on potential risks, always thinking ofsmart, proactive solutions
  • Leadpost-project reviewsso we canlearn, improve, and evolve— every single time. 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years’ agency experiencemanaging digital, brand, and/or production projects. 
  • A natural knack forcommunication — you know how to say the right thing at the right time to the right person
  • Organisation skills that would make Marie Kondo jealous— you thrive on juggling multiple projects without breaking a sweat. 
  • Cool, calm problem-solving skills— when challenges arise, you’re already two steps ahead with a plan. 
  • Confidence using project management tools likeAsana, Monday.com, or similar
  • Aclient-first mindset— you know how to build lasting relationships and keep clients feeling confident and cared for. 
  • Solid budgeting experience — you know how tomanage the numbers without compromising the creative
