Job Description

We are looking for a results-oriented Senior Marketing Analyst to join our Marketing Analytics team at Wise. Our mission, "Money Without Borders," inspires us to create the best ways to move and manage money globally. You'll work closely with our digital marketing teams to uncover growth opportunities and optimize our customer acquisition strategies across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with digital marketing teams to identify and solve complex commercial problems that drive customer acquisition and growth
  • Design and analyze A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of marketing initiatives
  • Build robust analytical frameworks to understand marketing performance across the full customer journey, from awareness to activation
  • Develop predictive models and segmentation strategies to improve targeting and personalization
  • Create comprehensive dashboards and reporting systems that enable data-driven decision making across the organization
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses into customer behavior, channel performance, and market trends to uncover actionable insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate analytical findings into strategic recommendations and business outcomes
  • Champion a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement within the marketing organization
  • Optimize marketing spend efficiency by analyzing unit economics, attribution models, and incrementality

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or related analytical role
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python/R for data manipulation and analysis
  • Experience with modern data stack tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar)
  • Proven track record of designing and analyzing A/B tests with statistical rigor
  • Deep understanding of marketing unit economics including CAC, LTV, Payback Period, and ROAS
  • Experience with digital marketing channels (paid search, paid social, SEO, display, etc.) and their measurement frameworks
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect analytical insights to business impact
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Natural curiosity and passion for solving ambiguous marketing problems through data

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with attribution modeling and marketing mix modeling
  • Knowledge of mobile app analytics and Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs)
  • Familiarity with marketing APIs and automation tools
  • Experience in fintech or high-growth technology companies
  • Understanding of statistical methods and causal inference
