Job Description

Own Growth Analytics Initiatives: Proactively identify, scope, and deliver analytics projects that accelerate user growth, engagement, and monetization.

Experimentation Leadership: Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and growth experiments, rapidly iterating based on data, and driving projects from hypothesis to measurable impact. 

Actionable Product Insights: Deliver actionable recommendations for product features, onboarding flows, and personalization, tracking implementation through to business impact.

Build & Maintain Dashboards: Develop and operationalize real-time dashboards (Power BI or similar) for core growth KPIs, ensuring stakeholders always have access to relevant and actionable data. 

Drive Execution Across Teams: Partner closely with Product Managers, Growth Marketers, and Data Product Owners to turn insights into shipped product and campaign improvements.

Lifecycle & Cohort Analysis: Execute advanced cohort and segmentation analyses, pinpointing key growth levers and enabling precise targeting of high-value users. 

Continuous Improvement: Monitor growth initiatives post-launch, quantify impact, and iterate rapidly based on data—never satisfied with the status quo.

Champion Data Quality: Work closely with Data Engineering and Analytics Engineering to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and usability of data assets powering growth analytics. 

Qualifications

4+ years in product or marketing analytics for consumer web / fintech / marketplace products.

Expert SQL and solid Python or R for adhoc modelling. 

Demonstrated ownership of an experimentation roadmap.

Handson with modern warehouse stack (Databricks, dbt), PowerBI and services like Snowplow, Unleash, Posthog. 

Proven delivery of LTV/CAC models, retention curves, cohort deepdives, and monetization analyses that changed roadmaps.

Storytelling: you translate 10krow queries into a oneslide decision for executives. 

Growth mindset: you iterate, learn quickly, and lift others through feedback and mentoring.

Degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.
