To fuel our growth, we’re looking for a driven Sales Development Representative, working within our Client Solutions team to help expand our client base. The Role:

As an SDR focused on space engineering recruitment, you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging potential clients. Your mission? To build a strong pipeline of opportunities by reaching out to engineering firms, hiring managers, and decisionmakers who need top-tier talent. You’ll be the spark that powers our sales process and sets us apart in the recruitment industry.


What You’ll Do:


  • Client Research:Identify and qualify engineering companies and hiring managers who could benefit from our recruitment services.
  • Outreach:Use a mix of emails, calls, and LinkedIn messages to connect with prospects and introduce them to our tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Appointment Setting:Schedule meetings between prospective clients and our client solutions team.
  • CRM Management:Keep our database (Job Adder) organized and up-to-date with all interactions and lead progress.
  • Collaboration:Partner with our client partnership and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and craft compelling value propositions.
  • Stay Informed:Learn about engineering recruitment trends, industry challenges, and the specific needs of clients in the Space sector.


What You Bring:


  • Recruitment/Sales Passion:Experience in a similar SDR, recruitment, or sales role is a plus, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
  • Engineering Industry Insight:Bonus points if you’ve worked in or have knowledge of the engineering sector.
  • Strong Communication Skills:You’re confident on the phone, creative in your emails, and skilled at crafting personalized outreach messages.
  • Tech Savvy:Familiarity with CRM systems and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
  • Goal-Oriented:You thrive on meeting (and exceeding) targets.
  • Curiosity:You’re keen to learn about engineering disciplines and how we can best support clients’ hiring needs.
