Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 depending on experience, plus excellent benefits

What you’ll do:

Drive performance:You’ll play a key role in analysing and tracking the performance of our Retail Business, working with Financial, Distribution, and Operational Data.


Create insights:Extract and transform data using Excel and Power BI to deliver meaningful, actionable reports for stakeholders at all levels.
Spot opportunities:Use your analytical mindset to identify trends and patterns that can help us improve both our performance and the experience we deliver to our customers.
Collaborate and support:Work closely with a variety of stakeholders across Mid-Market, SME eTrade, Zurich Private Clients, Schemes, and Personal Lines MGA businesses—all in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Champion data quality:Ensure accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and help build robust datasets that underpin our future success.

What we’re looking for:

Analytical expertise:Strong knowledge of Excel and Power BI, with a sharp eye for detail and a knack for logical thinking and organisation.


Curiosity and drive:You’re inquisitive, proactive, and always looking for ways to make things better.
Great communicator:You can explain complex ideas clearly—both in writing and in person.
Team spirit:You’re ready to support others and grow together.
