Office Attendance - our roles are hybrid; you should be able to work in our offices 2 days per week. This is a permanent position.

We’re looking for an Operational Analyst to join our Operational Excellence team within Tesco Insurance and Money Services.

It’s an exciting time in our business and we need an Operational Analyst to join our growing data team within our claims department. So why not bring your talent, expertise, and skills to join our friendly team and make a difference to our customers, communities, and planet?
As an Operational Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering data requirements and identifying areas of opportunity within the claims department. You will also prioritise your own workload to ensure key activities are completed on time and key stakeholders are informed of the latest delivery dates whilst also challenging the current suite of MI to continuously improve output. Your insight and analysis will support improved customer, colleague and business outcomes.
We're looking for a pro-active, driven individual with previous experience working in a similar role.

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain insights with technical and non-technical audiences.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to create the most effective and efficient solutions.
•Experience with Fabric or SAS is advantageous.
