Your work will directly support AI-driven decision-making and unlock the potential of data across the entire organisation.

<span style="font-family:"Proxima Nova Rg"">•     Designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines and frameworks

<span style="font-family:"Proxima Nova Rg"">•     Collaborating with Business Analysts and AI Engineers to develop smart reporting and automation

<span style="font-family:"Proxima Nova Rg"">•     Cleaning, transforming and organising raw data into business-ready insights

<span style="font-family:"Proxima Nova Rg"">•     Enabling smooth, accessible data visibility for operational and analytical users

<span style="font-family:"Proxima Nova Rg"">•     Supporting the CTO in shaping data strategy and identifying areas for optimisation

<span style="font-family:"Proxima Nova Rg"">•     Contributing to the ongoing evolution of the company’s tech stack and architecture

<span style="font-family:"Proxima Nova Rg"">Must Haves:

·<span style="font:7pt "Times New Roman"">      <span style="font-family:"Proxima Nova Rg"">2–4 years’ experience in a similar Data Engineering role

·<span style="font:7pt "Times New Roman"">      <span style="font-family:"Proxima Nova Rg"">Excellent SQL and relational database knowledge

·<span style="font:7pt "Times New Roman"">      <span style="font-family:"Proxima Nova Rg"">Strong understanding of data modelling and ETL/ELT processes

·<span style="font:7pt "Times New Roman"">      <span style="font-family:"Proxima Nova Rg"">Familiarity with legacy systems (ideally Progress DB or similar)

·<span style="font:7pt "Times New Roman"">      <span style="font-family:"Proxima Nova Rg"">Python skills for scripting and automation
