We're now looking for an exceptional Machine Learning Engineer who is excited to help spearhead our LLM capabilities and shape our AI architecture, taking us to the next level of insight-driven marketing automation. Lead the development of Alphix’s LLM-powered features and services – from prototype to production – enabling automation, summarisation, semantic insights and next-gen user experiences. Design and build vector database solutions for scalable semantic search, contextual analysis, and real-time decision-making. Work cross-functionally with product, engineering and data teams to deploy machine learning models in a production environment, with real users and measurable impact. Research and implement novel AI/ML techniques – from RAG pipelines and embedding optimization to custom LLM tuning – to solve real-world marketing challenges. Champion ML best practices, robust pipelines (MLOps), and high-quality model monitoring. You’re a creative builder, excited by the chance to develop intelligent systems that didn’t exist before. Deployment of ML models at scale You’ve built and deployed AI/ML solutions that had real, measurable impact for clients or internal users, and you can talk us through them. You have a strong foundation in machine learning, NLP, data engineering and model architecture. You care about user experience and business outcomes as much as you do about algorithmic elegance. We’re building the next generation of marketing intelligence from first principles, not retrofitting old tech. Expect hackathons, prototypes, and quick wins, balanced with big thinking and long-term vision.
