This is aSFIA Level 7 role, requiring leadership, strategic vision, andtechnical expertise to shape enterprise architecture and drivedigital transformation.THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAYAs the Lead EnterpriseArchitect, you will be responsible for defining and maintaining theenterprise architecture framework, ensuring alignment with businessstrategy and technology roadmaps. You will lead architecturalgovernance, provide technical assurance, and guide transformationinitiatives to modernise supply chain ERP capabilities, ensuringseamless integration with legacy systems.You will work closely withsenior stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners toensure architecture decisions enable agility, innovation, andlong-term sustainability.Your role will involve:Define thestrategic architecture vision, ensuring alignment with Supply ChainERP modernisation objectives.Establish and oversee enterprisearchitecture standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory andsecurity requirements.Lead a team of architects and provideguidance on solution design, integration, and best practices.Act asa trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insight onemerging technologies and their impact on supply chainoperations.Drive the adoption of Oracle Fusion ERP, cloud-basedsolutions, data-driven architectures, and interoperabilityframeworks.Architectural designs meet security, regulatory, andperformance requirements, particularly within a SIAM (ServiceIntegration and Management) environment.Mentor and develop internalteams, ensuring knowledge transfer and architectural best practicesare embedded within the organisation.Essential Skills &Experience:Proven experience in enterprise architecture, ERPtransformation, and IT strategy within a complex, regulatedenvironment.Experience of transformation using integrations tosegment legacy systems and progressively transform in logicalphases.Experience of Oracle Fusion ERP, cloud computing (Azure,AWS, Oracle Cloud), enterprise integration, data architecture, andmodern software architectures.Strong leadership skills, withexperience managing enterprise-wide architectural governance andstandards.Demonstrated ability to engage with senior stakeholders,translate business needs into technical strategies, and drivearchitectural decisions.Expertise in TOGAF or similar enterprisearchitecture frameworks.Experience working within a SIAM model,ensuring interoperability across multiple service providers.Strongunderstanding of cybersecurity frameworks (ISO 27001, NCSCguidelines) and secure-by-design principles.Familiarity with ERPtransformation, supply chain modernisation, and integration ofOracle Fusion.Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering(MBSE) and architectural modelling tools (e.g. Cameo, ArchiMate, EASparx).Desirable Skills:Experience in supply chain ERPtransformation, logistics, or procurement systems.Understanding ofAI/ML, automation, and emerging digital technologies.Certificationin TOGAF, ITIL v4, or cloud architecture frameworks(Azure/AWS/Oracle Cloud Architect).
