Job Title: I&C Coordinator / Junior Data Analyst

Location: Nottingham (Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office)
Contract Type: 12 month contract (with likely extension)
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour (PAYE)

Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for Junior Data Analyst on behalf of a global company in the Tech/ Intelligent Infrastructure industry. This role is from Monday - Friday on a hybrid basis of 2 days per week in the office. This is a 12 month contract that has the potential to be extended.

About the Role:

Randstad Sourceright is seeking a proactive and data-savvy I&C Coordinator / Junior Data Analyst to join the a collaborative team, part of the Digital Tower within the company.

In this newly created role, you’ll support critical national infrastructure changes, including the 2G network switch-off and the migration of metering communications from legacy BT copper lines to advanced digital networks. Your core responsibility will be data analysis and coordination—spotting trends, identifying outages, driving engineer scheduling and working directly with customers to ensure seamless upgrades.

Responsibilities:



Interpreting and comparing datasets from multiple systems to identify network issues (e.g. SIM cancellations, faults)

Using data insights to recommend and trigger operational improvements

*

Contacting customers (phone/email) to arrange engineering appointments

*

Supporting the replacement or upgrade of legacy communications infrastructure

*

Tracking and troubleshooting site-specific issues using provided training and tools

*

Working closely with field engineers and internal teams to ensure accurate scheduling and project alignment

Skills & Previous Experience:

*

Comfortable analysing data from multiple spreadsheets/systems

*

Able to identify data trends and make actionable recommendations

*

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

*

Comfortable working independently and taking initiative

*

Confident communicator – both verbal and written

*

Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook

*

Experience working in utilities, telecoms, or infrastructure projects (Desirable)

*

Previous experience in a coordination, scheduling, or customer service environment (Desirable)

*

Recent graduates in Data Science, Engineering, or IT with some relevant work experience are welcome to apply (Desirable)
