A fantastic new opportunity has become available IT Data Analyst with one of our Financial One of the world's leading financial institutions, serving individuals, small- and middle-market businesses, large corporations, and governments with a full range of banking, investment management and other financial and risk management products and services based in Bromley.

Role: IT Data Analyst

Location: Bromley (3 days a week onsite)

Duration: 12 Months

Salary: Salary: Circa £68k/ Annum

The Analyst will work directly with the Service Manager to provide reporting and analysis and support continual improvement, relationship management, incident risk management.

Experience and Skills required:

Ability to define document existing processes and identify improvement opportunities to optimize automate processes.
Experience in Business Analyst and project management.
Strong knowledge experience using Excel and Visio
knowledge on data visualization analytics and Database Management
Experience and working knowledge of service management frameworks such as ITIL, process frameworks such as BPMN 2.0 and analytical tools such as Tableau.
SQL knowledge would be advantageous

Responsibilities:

Produce monthly reporting for the Service Manager to track progress towards objective, evaluate how well our services are performing, identify potential solutions or challenges, review changes and improvements, support risk and compliance activities.
Conduct interviews of service teams stakeholders to define document existing processes into standardized service documentation and identify opportunities to optimize automate processes.
Detailed incident aged ticket analysis to identify major ticket drivers, trends and service improvement opportunities for the Service Manager
Own ad hoc business reporting requests and identify opportunities to enable the business to self-serve based on reporting requirements.
Provide analytical support and ad hoc reporting for on-going and up-coming projects rollouts.
Knowledge management - review and update end user service desk material.
Collaborate with supporting teams to own and manage backlog of improvement initiatives for central.
