We’re seeking an experienced Data & Business Analyst to play a key role in the next phase of a cutting-edge Underwriting Workbench project. This exciting opportunity gives you the chance to influence the future of underwriting processes within a dynamic, market-leading organization.

Overview:
We’re looking for aData & Business Analystto support the next phase of an Underwriting Workbench implementation. This role combines business analysis with data analysis, requiring strong knowledge of the Lloyd’s/London Market, stakeholder management, and collaboration with IT teams and third-party vendors.

Reporting to:Senior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Refine and document business/data requirements with third-party vendors.

Gather requirements, conduct stakeholder interviews, and perform process mapping and gap analysis.

Analyze and validate data, identify data quality issues, and support reporting needs.

Design user journeys and workflows, ensuring integration of compliance checks.

Collaborate with IT on data integration and system requirements.

Support UAT, write test scripts, and assist in transitioning from legacy systems.

Participate in Agile ceremonies and manage deliverables using JIRA.

Key Skills & Experience:

Must-have:

8+ years in the Lloyd’s/London Market.

Business analysis: Requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder management.

Data analysis: Data profiling, validation, integration.

Experience with underwriting workbench or policy admin system implementations.

Strong communication skills, with experience working with third-party vendors.

Soft skills:Detail-oriented, adaptable, and strong problem-solving capabilities.
