SuccessFactors Data Analyst; Location: Preston; £16.19ph paye; 37 hours per week; Inside IR35

We have a requirement for a SuccessFactors Data Analyst based in Preston working with a defence sector client, on a hybrid working pattern
As a SuccessFactors Data Analyst, you will be part of our clients HR Reporting Analytics team responsible for generating HR data outputs from our HR System, SuccessFactors. This role will provide an opportunity for learning and development in building reports using database relationship tables and Excel skills. You will also gain exposure to our team's technical processes and project procedures, as well as working with our client’s new reporting technology People Analytics.
The post holder will report to the Data Analytics & Reporting Team Lead

Core duties
Create and modify reports within SuccessFactors to meet HR reporting requirements.
Manipulate data and generate one-off reports as needed.
Respond to queries and investigate reporting-related cases through the ServiceNow platform.
Perform data analysis to derive meaningful insights

Excellent problem-solving abilities to identify data discrepancies and propose solutions.
