£45,000 – £80,000 + Bonus + Benefits

3 Days in Office – London (Preferred) or Sheffield


Join a fast-growing, product-led fintech as their first dedicated Insight Analyst. With a strong UK presence and rapid European expansion, this is a rare opportunity to build out the insights function from scratch, working directly with leadership and playing a key role in shaping product and growth strategy.


The Company

This profitable fintech business provides interest-free payment solutions for car servicing and repairs. With a Buy Now Pay Later model tailored to the automotive industry, they partner with garages and dealerships across the UK and are expanding into Germany, Ireland, and the Netherlands. Having built a strong foothold in the market, the business is focused on scaling through better customer and dealer insight, driving adoption, and supporting international growth.


The Team

You’ll report into the Chief Growth Officer and sit within the Growth & Marketing function, working closely with designers, content leads, CRM managers, and B2B marketers.
