Tradition is the interdealer broking arm of Compagnie Financière Tradition and one of the world's largest interdealer brokers in over-the-counter financial and commodity related products. CFT is represented in over 28 countries, employing over 2,500 people.

Tradition is currently seeking to appoint a HR Data Analyst to be based within the London office.


Main responsibilities within the HR Data Analyst position include:


  • Analyse HR data from various systems (e.g. HRIS, payroll systems).
  • Develop, maintain, and improve HR dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Identify trends and provide actionable insights on employee turnover, hiring, performance, and compensation.
  • Track, analyse and report on key HR metrics.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR databases.
  • Work with HR System Analyst to troubleshoot data discrepancies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR).
  • Assist in workforce planning by providing headcount analysis, forecasting, and scenario modelling.
  • Update and Maintain relevant HR Frameworks/Manuals.
  • Present Key findings to senior management.


Key skills, experience and competencies required to be successful in this role:

  • Previous experience with HR systems.
  • Proven experience using reporting/analytics tools like Excel (advanced), Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Proven experience in data visualisation.
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure data accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills to present findings clearly to a range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
