Head of Pricing & Data Science - 10 Months FTC

Are you looking to take on a senior leadership position within a market leading personal/commercial broker? This is an exceptional opportunity to make a strong impact on the pricing & data science approach.

You'll oversee a team of 9, line managing 3 lead analysts. The team is responsible for the improvement of predictive models for multiple broker channels, liaising with external stakeholders, and shaping the pricing strategy to grow profitability.

  • Contract length: 10 months
  • Ideal start date: early October
  • Location: remote (quarterly meetings in person)

The ideal candidate has strong personal/commercial lines pricing experience and an ability to drive change from both a technical and commercial perspective.
