We're seeking a driven Graduate Technical Recruiter to join our team, focusing on C++, Python, Low Latency systems, and advanced AI/ML roles.


Who You Are:

  • Recent STEM or related field graduate with a strong interest in technical recruitment for Finance, Trading Technology, or FinTech
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Eager to learn about recruiting for C++, Python, Low Latency systems, and Machine Learning candidates
  • Adaptable and enthusiastic about fast-paced trading and technology environments
  • Keen to collaborate with clients and build elite tech teams
  • Passionate about using data insights to drive recruitment success in market research
  • Excellent multitasker, ready to prioritize in a dynamic recruiter position engaging with candidates in the market


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in executing effective recruitment campaigns for tech positions
  • Learn to use AI-driven platforms for innovative candidate sourcing
  • Support in-depth talent mapping for high-caliber tech professionals
  • Help implement scalable processes for outstanding recruitment experiences
