Role:Digital Consulting Manager

In this role you will be a technical and delivery leader on a project work stream or across a client engagement. You will be accountable for delivering value to our customers, growing revenue, and developing/mentoring people within your delivery teams. You will have the opportunity to take more leadership responsibilities across Elixirr Digital initiatives including practice development, people management, and go to market activities.

Roles and Responsibilities

As a Senior Digital Consultant or Digital Consulting Manager, your role is split amongst three focus areas: client facing project delivery, assisting with sales activities, and participation in internal/external communities.

Project Delivery Target billable utilization of 80% Function in an account, team, or work-stream leadership role Define, managed, and execute on account and project plans Provide strategic consultation to your customers Assist and lead with the approach, estimation, and proposals for new projects Service Area Excellence Creation of accelerators and door openers for opportunities Analyze market trends and participate in the development of new service offerings Create and deliver internal training programs Author or otherwise contribute to customer-facing publications such as whitepapers and blog posts Project Pursuit Scope and estimate new opportunities Prepare and deliver engagement proposals to prospects, respond to RFP's, and write Statements of Work Identify leads and opportunities inside or outside of your current engagements

Basic Qualifications

5+ years relevant consulting experience 5+ years experience in cloud based data platforms, bespoke application development, or AI/ML solutions Strong business understanding of technologies and processes Proven track record of client satisfaction and delivery of business and technical projects Entrepreneurial spirit and demonstrated drive to grow and improve the account Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, IT management, and developers Technical degree required; computer science or math background desired Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly Experience turning around difficult situations Extensive problem solving and decision-making skills Ability to accurately estimate work, respond to RFP’s, and write Statements of Work Experience Ability to travel for client delivery Experience with partnership development activities within Microsoft, AWS, IBM, or Snowflake is a plus Located in Dallas/Ft. Worth or New York City is preferred
