Data Analyst

Role Overview: A prestigious organisation is seeking a dedicated Systems Administrator to support the Group Systems Manager in maintaining and enhancing a diverse range of applications. This role involves working with mobile platforms, CAFM systems, document management systems, reporting applications, and finance packages. Additionally, the position includes IT support and operational tasks, with occasional travel to other offices within the UK and Ireland.Key Responsibilities: The Systems Analyst
will be responsible for the following tasks, which are not exhaustive:

Maintenance and Upgrades:
Ensure the mobile working platform is up-to-date. System Monitoring:
Oversee CAFM and document management systems. Reporting Tools:
Assist in the development of Logi-Analytics/Power BI tools. Relationship Management:
Build strong relationships with stakeholders. Vendor Liaison:
Troubleshoot with application vendors and support desks. User Account Management:
Set up and maintain user accounts, adhering to ISO27001 password policies. Implementation:
Deliver work to meet stakeholder requirements and respond to change requests. Workflow Alerts:
Create alerts using workflow engines for Concept and Docuware. Documentation:
Develop and maintain system user guides. IT Support:
Provide first and second line support as needed. Problem-Solving:
Record, track, and document IT support requests and resolutions. Prioritisation:
Schedule and escalate problems as necessary.

Essential Skills and Experience: The ideal candidate will possess:Proven experience in an IT environment.Expertise with SQL database applications.Familiarity with CAFM/ERP systems.Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools (, Power BI, Logi Analytics).Experience in report writing using Crystal Reports.Problem-solving abilities.Experience with Android/iOS mobile devices.Strong written and oralmunication skills.Exceptional interpersonal skills, including rapport-building, listening, and questioning.Desirable Criteria:Recognised relevant qualification.Experience in a similar role.Familiarity with MS SharePoint and MS Power Automate Platforms.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Keypetencies:Effectivemunication with application users.Teamwork:
