We’re hiring a Data Analyst to join a dynamic manufacturing team. If you're analytical, detail-oriented, and have experience with ERP/MRP systems, this could be a great fit for you.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting

Collect and analyse data from ERP/MRP systems to support manufacturing decisions.
Build reports and dashboards to monitor production, inventory, lead times, and performance.
Spot trends and identify ways to improve processes and efficiency.Forecasting & Planning

Work with production and supply chain teams to forecast demand and plan schedules.
Monitor KPIs like on-time delivery and production yield.
Highlight risks related to inventory or meeting customer demand.System Optimization

Help improve ERP/MRP system use and accuracy.
Work with IT to manage updates and train users.
Investigate and fix data issues.Continuous Improvement

Suggest and implement data-driven improvements to processes and costs.
Collaborate with teams across the business to streamline operations.
Support automation and tech upgrades in manufacturing.Stakeholder Collaboration

Provide insights to production managers, supply chain teams, and senior leaders.
Present complex data clearly to non-technical colleagues.
Help inform business decisions using data.Qualifications & Experience

Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar.
2+ years in a data analyst role in manufacturing or production.
Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics).
Skilled in data extraction and cleaning.Skills

Proficient in SQL and tools like Excel, Python, Power BI, Tableau.
Knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain processes.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
