Data Analyst - Horse Racing Industry

Location: Office-based (5 days per week during training, then 3 days per week)
Salary: £29,000 per annum (rising to £30,000 after successful completion of probation)

About the Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our client's growing team in the exciting world of horse racing. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about the racing industry who wants to develop their analytical skills while contributing to data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Verification: Review and verify the accuracy of customer data used in mailings and marketing campaigns

  • Data Cleansing: Identify and correct errors in data entries, including duplicates, incomplete information, and outdated records

  • Database Management: Maintain and update customer databases to ensure data remains current and reliable

  • Quality Assurance: Implement data quality checks and audits to ensure compliance with data standards and policies
