Responsibilities
  • Turn customer data into stories that shape strategy and inform decision-making across marketing, commercial, and CRM teams.
  • Analyze customer behaviour and commercial performance to uncover actionable insights.
  • Contribute to trading updates and ideas for future campaigns by providing data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer-centric decision making.
