We’re looking for a Senior Research Lead who expects more from their career.You’ll be responsible for scoping, managing and delivering innovative market research insight combining both attitudinal and behavioural data for retailers and manufacturers.

Responsibilities:

  • Full responsibility for the management of research, including proposal writing, methodology development, questionnaire writing, quantitative data analysis, interpretation of results and delivery to lead Research deliveries for retailers and manufacturers.
  • Work with and manage relationships with third party suppliers and fieldwork agencies to deliver quality projects that meet best practice in a timely fashion.
  • Collaborate with internal client teams, agencies and clients to integrate insight and ensure timely and accurate delivery of results.
  • Develop and enhance ways of working within the team to maximise our efficiencies and showcase best practice around the business.
  • Keep abreast of industry standards and developments within the solution area to stay informed and ahead of the competition.
  • Champion the benefits of attitudinal data to wider dunnhumby stakeholders to make engagement with attitudinal data simple for non-experts.
  • Lead relationships with manufacturers and retailer contacts, collaborating with supporting teams, to deliver revenue targets for dunnhumby and joined up insight and communications for clients.
  • Use your analytical expertise drawing upon dunnhumby’s different data sets to deliver integrated attitudinal-behavioural insight.

What we expect from you:

  • Strong quantitative market research experience
  • Experience with AI tools used as part of research processes or analysis
  • Strong knowledge of statistical principals and quantitative research techniques
  • Accurate and clear written skills when producing questionnaires and reports
  • Strong analytical background using Standard Statistical Packages (Excel, Q, SPSS etc.)
  • Strong data visualisation and story-telling skills
  • Strong ability to collaborate effectively within a team
  • Proven capability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and external partners
  • A proactive approach to identifying new opportunities and driving them forward
  • Genuine enthusiasm and a positive attitude
  • Commitment to delivering work of the highest quality
  • Strong problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges
