Recruitment Consultant – AI & Technology Training / Enablement

Hybrid working | Uncapped Commission (35%)

Want to join a desk with realistic billings of £200,000+ (perm) in your first year?

We’re hiring 2 ambitious Recruitment Consultants to join one of the most in demand markets right now – Artificial Intelligence Training & Enablement

We’re already one of the UK’s leading agencies within Technology Training, and we’re looking to replicate the same success in the US, and expand our UK AI Enablement Recruitment offering further.

You’ll be joining a desk & team that’s set up for you to make commission from day one.

Why FIND?

* 35% commission scheme (uncapped) for all staff - we’re yet to see a better commission scheme in the area when broken down.

* Full L&D plan delivered on a 1:to:1 basis by our MD upon starting, who’s been billing £350k+ p/year (perm) for the last decade.

* 1:to:1 at-desk Coaching provided by our Technology Training Practice Director, who’s been working in this market for the last 10+ years, and has just closed off a £145k (perm) quarter

* 2x Annual (aboard) holiday incentives, plus quarterly & monthly incentives

* Flexible working hours, private medical insurance & an unlimited holiday scheme.

* An incredible tech stack given to all Consultants (from day one) for sales enablement & candidate sourcing.

The role:

We’re an unashamedly sales focused business who are serious about scaling.

Whilst you’ll walk into an incredible client and candidate network from day one, ongoing business development will be a big part of your role, alongside:

* Partnering with Technology Training & Consulting organisations of all sizes to attract, secure and deliver high-quality talent

* Developing and winning new business across high-growth and established organisations

* Taking a proactive, multi-channel approach to sales - including cold calling, prospecting, email outreach & networking

* Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development through to placement and account growth

* Building long-term client relationships that lead to repeat business and sustained revenue

About you:

Sales experience is a must (recruitment OR any other areas of sales) – we need proven experience in winning or closing business.

Past that, here’s the traits we look for in our Consultants:

* High emotional intelligence (EQ), able to understand people and build strong relationships

* High ambition, with a clear desire to progress and succeed

* Commercially driven, motivated by earning potential

* Coachable, with a strong willingness to always learn & improve.

* Confident communicators, comfortable picking up the phone and building relationships

* Resilient and self-motivated, able to stay consistent through highs & lows.

* Customer-focused, with a genuine care for delivering strong outcomes

Starting salary: £26 – 38k

Commission: 35% (uncapped)

Logistics: Hybrid working – Fareham/Whiteley

Realistic Year 1 earnings: £55,000 - £80,000

Where to Advertise Machine Learning Jobs in the UK (2026 Guide)

Where to advertise machine learning jobs UK in 2026: the specialist boards and communities that reach ML, MLOps and deep learning engineering talent. The candidate pool is small, highly specialised and in demand across AI labs, financial services, healthcare, autonomous systems and consumer technology simultaneously. Machine learning engineers and researchers move between roles through professional networks, conference communities and specialist platforms — not general job boards where ML roles compete with unrelated software engineering positions for the same audience. This guide, published by MachineLearningJobs.co.uk, covers where to advertise machine learning roles in the UK in 2026, how the main platforms compare, what employers should expect to pay, and what the data says about hiring across different role types.

Machine Learning Jobs UK 2026: What to Expect Over the Next 3 Years

Machine Learning Jobs UK 2026: roles, salaries and the MLOps, LLM and generative AI hiring trends shaping UK ML careers over the next three years. Machine learning has undergone a transformation that few technology disciplines can match. In the space of three years it has moved from a specialism sitting at the edges of most organisations' technology strategies to a capability that sits at the centre of them. The tools have changed, the expectations have shifted, and the range of industries treating machine learning as a core business function — rather than an experimental one — has expanded dramatically. For job seekers, this creates both opportunity and complexity in roughly equal measure. The machine learning jobs market of 2026 is significantly larger than it was three years ago, but it is also significantly more demanding. Employers have developed more sophisticated expectations, the technical bar for specialist roles has risen, and the landscape of tools, frameworks, and architectural patterns that practitioners are expected to know has broadened considerably. The candidates who will thrive over the next three years are those who understand where the discipline is heading — which specialisms are attracting the most investment, which technologies are reshaping what machine learning engineers and researchers are expected to build, and how the definition of a machine learning career is evolving beyond the model-building core toward a much wider range of roles across the full ML lifecycle. This article breaks down what the UK machine learning jobs market is likely to look like through to 2028 — covering the titles emerging right now, the technologies driving employer demand, the skills that will matter most, and how to position your career ahead of the curve.
