About the role

Join us as a Senior Manager to oversee a critical portfolio of projects, acting as the primary senior point of contact for both clients and internal Faculty teams. You will drive successful delivery, manage project commercial viability, and nurture strong customer relationships. This is an entrepreneurial role where you will identify new business opportunities, develop proposals, and contribute to the growth of the business unit. You will lead and mentor cross-functional teams while acting as a strategic consultant, applying structured thinking to solve complex, real-world problems with Applied AI.

What you'll be doing:

  • Overseeing delivery of an end-to-end project portfolio, ensuring high quality, timely completion, and managing commercial margins

  • Forming and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with customers, proactively managing expectations and carefully controlling project scope

  • Leading effective project meetings and ensuring clear, consistent communication of purpose and direction to both internal teams and clients

  • Identifying risks early, and leading teams to implement effective mitigating actions to ensure project success

  • Developing compelling proposals and sales pitches to generate new leads and identify opportunities for additional account growth

  • Mentoring and developing project team members’ skills, aligning their responsibilities with their professional growth

  • Advising clients on AI strategy and solutions, while articulating the value of AI in diverse business contexts

Who we're looking for:

  • You have experience working in highly regulated industries, preferably property & casualty commercial & specialty insurance

  • You understand the commercial insurance value chain and have a clear view on where AI can be used to add value and how this should be implemented to maximise impact

  • You have successful experience in technology project delivery, ideally from a consulting, technology, or data-specific background

  • You are adept at building and maintaining customer trust and translating between technical detail and core business challenges

  • You can provide a structured, analytical, and technical breakdown of problems, defining solutions that enhance customer workflows

  • You have demonstrated experience in the smooth delivery of excellent outcomes, using methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Kanban

  • You are comfortable working in an ambiguous setting and have a clear understanding of how to structure commercials and pricing

  • You can identify and implement new business opportunities, including finding growth within accounts and visible support on external business development
