About this Role
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to build out our Forward Deployed Engineering organization, driving full-cycle hiring for a team that turns research breakthroughs into real-world production systems. You’ll shape hiring strategy with business leaders, run sourcing and evaluation end-to-end, ensure an exceptional candidate experience, and partner across supporting teams like HRBP, Legal, and Compensation to deliver a smooth, compliant process.

In this role you will:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for our Forward Deployed Engineering team, including sourcing, managing the recruitment process, and closing candidates

  • Work directly with business leaders to understand departmental objectives and develop proactive hiring strategies that align with organizational goals

  • Utilize advanced sourcing strategies and tools to attract and engage top-tier candidates

  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience

  • Collaborate with internal teams such as HR, Legal, and Compensation to ensure compliance and operational excellence throughout the recruitment lifecycle

  • Provide expert advice and support to hiring managers on best practices in interviewing, candidate evaluation, and employment branding

You'll thrive in this role if you have:

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly within in-house environments at high-growth companies.

  • A strong track record of hiring top 1% talent.

  • A high level of adaptability in fast-paced, evolving environments—balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders across the globe.

  • A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to evolve processes to meet global hiring needs.

  • Proficiency with ATS and sourcing platforms such as Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other modern recruitment tools.
