As a Junior Data Analyst, you’ll work with large, varied data sets from across health and social care, analysing trends, identifying insights, and helping stakeholders make informed decisions that make an impact to the patient.

You’ll have the opportunity to take data “one step further” — going beyond spreadsheets to tell the story behind the numbers and support innovation across healthcare delivery.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their data career, looking to build experience in a mission-driven environment where technology directly improves people’s lives.

🌟 Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets from multiple sources
  • Identify key patterns, trends, and anomalies in data
  • Create visualisations and dashboards to communicate findings clearly
  • Present insights and recommendations to internal teams and stakeholders
  • Work closely with product, operations and healthcare experts to improve decision-making through data
  • Contribute to ongoing projects improving efficiency and outcomes in health and social care

About You

You might have gained your experience through university projects, internships, or previous roles — what matters most is your analytical mindset and passion for solving problems with data.

We’re looking for:

  • Proven experience working with data sets — through work or education
  • Ability to find patterns, trends, and actionable insights in large datasets
  • Strong skills in Excel or SQL and at least one data tool
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to tell the story behind the data
  • Curiosity, creativity, and a desire to make an impact in the healthcare sector

Nice to have:

  • Understanding of healthcare or social care data
  • Experience working with dashboards, reporting, or automation tools
