We are seeking an experienced AI Demand Manager/AI Use Case Lead to join a growing AI Centre of Excellence (CoE). This role focuses on managing the intake, evaluation, and delivery alignment of AI use cases across the organisation, ensuring strong governance, business value, and strategic alignment.

Key ResponsibilitiesAI Demand & Use Case Management

  1. Manage and facilitate AI use case demand processes across business areas
  2. Lead the Area-level intake process, working with business and technology stakeholders
  3. Assess use case viability from a business and value perspective before architecture review
  4. Support buy vs build decision-making

Stakeholder Engagement & Facilitation

  1. Facilitate discussions between business leads, tech teams, and architects
  2. Coordinate architecture reviews with AI and domain architects
  3. Engage with platform owners post-architecture decision
  4. Guide use cases through governance and CoE processes

Governance & Process Alignment

  1. Ensure use cases are aligned to governance frameworks, including:
  2. Use case registration (eg OneTrust)
  3. Architecture review processes
  4. Platform service provisioning
  5. Act as a key liaison between business demand and AI platform capabilities

AI Platform & Delivery Alignment

  1. Link use case demand to AI Hub/platform requirements
  2. Support prioritisation and alignment with platform roadmaps
  3. Provide ongoing updates on use case progress across the organisation

Content & Reporting

  1. Develop senior-level presentations and content on:
  2. AI use cases
  3. Governance and architecture
  4. Programme and project updates
  5. Contribute to CoE documentation, including services, processes, and products
  6. Design and maintain adoption and impact dashboards

Strategy & Continuous Improvement

  1. Help shape and document AI CoE processes, services, and roadmap
  2. Support strategic clustering of use cases to inform future platform capabilities
  3. Contribute to agentic platform discussions and design direction

Engagement & Communication

  1. Produce a monthly AI industry/technology newsletter
  2. Drive internal engagement via:
  3. Viva Engage posts
  4. Use case success stories
  5. Dashboard insights
  6. Productivity tips and knowledge sharing

Key Skills & Experience

  1. Proven experience in AI, Data, or Digital Demand Management/Product/Delivery roles
  2. Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
  3. Experience working with AI/ML use cases or data-driven projects
  4. Understanding of architecture processes and governance frameworks
  5. Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
  6. Experience with reporting, dashboards, and value tracking
  7. Excellent communication and presentation skills

Desirable

  1. Experience working within anAI Centre of Excellence (CoE)
  2. Knowledge of AI platforms, tools, and emerging technologies
  3. Familiarity with governance tools such asOneTrust
