I'm looking for a skilled and experienced Al / ML engineer to join forces and lead the machine learning development for a start-up creating a new AI-first services firm in a fragmented industry (think full-stack AI law firm). We’re creating AI teammates to automate repetitive tasks and workflows using an LLM as the backbone of the product and API integrations to enable the model to take actions.


This is an equal split co-founder role - I have a an operations & growth background and connections to VCs for fundraising.


Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead everything technical, and bring our product vision to life
  • Develop the Al/ML architecture
  • Build V1 of our product
  • Lead engineering team post-seed financing
  • Play an active role in product planning & vision


Qualifications

  • Insatiable desire to build the future & create a highly impactful products
  • Strong expertise in Al, NLP, and machine learning
  • Experience with fine-tuning LLMs
  • Experience with API integrations
  • Strong leadership skills and open communication
  • Ideally, but not necessarily, web / mobile app development experience
  • Relentless drive & determination
  • Data-driven attitude
