Job Overview/Summary

We’re seeking a Senior Data Analyst who thrives as an independent contributor and can confidently bridge the gap between business needs and data solutions. You’ll take ownership of identifying analytical requirements across teams, translating them into actionable insights and scalable reporting tools.

This role goes beyond dashboards - you’ll help define business logic, ensure data integrity, and contribute to the development of robust data foundations alongside our Tech team.

Main Duties And Responsibilities

Proactively identify analytical needs across business functions (Marketing, Product, Ops, Finance)
Translate business requirements into clear data models, dashboards, and reporting tools
Design and build intuitive dashboards and reports using modern BI tools
Write clean, efficient, and well-structured SQL for complex data extraction and transformation
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and trustworthiness through strong data hygiene practices
Collaborate with our Data Engineer to improve data pipelines, models, and overall architecture
Provide stakeholders with actionable insights that drive key business decisions
Define and document data definitions, KPIs, and business metrics
Champion data literacy and help teams make smarter, faster decisions using data

About You

4–6+ years of experience in a data analyst role, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment
Proven ability to operate independently and drive analytical initiatives end-to-end
Expert SQL skills — comfortable writing complex joins, CTEs, window functions, etc.
Hands-on experience with dashboarding and BI tools
Strong understanding of data modelling, metric definition, and performance tracking
High attention to detail, particularly around data quality, cleanliness, and validation
Working knowledge of data engineering fundamentals
Excellent communication skills — able to explain insights clearly to non-technical teams
A collaborative mindset with the ability to both challenge and support stakeholders
