What You Can Expect


The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for delivering and ensuring the smooth operation of reporting solutions for Data Analytics projects and initiatives, with a strong focus on Power BI. This role requires robust technical, communication, and organizational skills, along with a solid understanding of data demands within the Sales & Marketing divisions. 

How You'll Create Impact

Develop, design, and maintain robust Power BI dashboards and reports for Commercial data in the scope of the EMEA Data & Insights team. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements. Partner with Data Scientists to report and visualize the outcomes of advanced analytics initiatives Optimize Power BI solutions for performance and usability. Integrate Power BI with various data sources and ensure data accuracy and consistency. Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools and functionalities. Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and industry trends. Act as an SME, providing technical support, bug fixes and enhancements. Support change management initiatives in a complex organization - keeping and driving focus whilst managing complexities. Continuously identify and pursue opportunities to improve systems in terms of reliability, usability and performance.
 

What Makes You Stand Out

Proficiency in Power BI development is essential. Expertise in Power BI application support and troubleshooting. Skilled in ETL processes, data modeling, data mining, and data analysis is advantageous. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude. Proven ability in project management, execution, and delivery. Demonstrated ability to define business processes and requirements. Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement; acts with a sense of urgency to deliver results on time and within budget. Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills, applicable in complex internal and external environments. Outstanding interpersonal skills, capable of engaging, motivating, and involving individuals at all levels in project activities
 

Your Background

At least 5 years’ experience, preferably as a Business Intelligence or Data Analyst, within a multi-national environment  Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Management, Computer Science, or Information Systems. Experience working in a commercial organization with a focus on business operations. Proven record in engaging with executive audiences and reporting for strategic and operational decision-making. Demonstrated efficient work methods, analytical & problem-solving skills, process improvement orientation, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, aggressively results-oriented environment. Individual must be challenged by a team-based environment, which places high degree of emphasis on accountability for service levels, quality and cost.  Is flexible of mind and willing to continuously learn requirements of other functional areas. Is aware of the legal requirements and corporate guidelines with respect to electronic data records.
