Job Details

  • As a Senior Analytics Engineer you will be working closely with data engineers and BI specialists to transform data in Snowflake to meet the reporting requirement, and to feed the pre-aggregated data into the visualization tool #
  • Provide clean/summarized data sets to end users, modelling data in the way that can be consumed by the visualization data without further heavy transformation
  • Design, development, and deployment of the analytical engineering solutions
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business needs and opportunities for data-driven insights.
  • Staying up to date with the latest analytical engineering trends and technologies.
  • Creation of a semantic layer across the presentation layers of the new Data Warehouse solution for users to have a drag and drop ability for self-service reporting


Skills we would love you to have

  • Good understanding of how front-end visualisation tool such as Tableau and Power BI integrate with backend data solution
  • Proficiency with cloud-based data solutions, structures, theories, principles, and practices.
  • Extensive experience in SQL and data ETL
  • Extensive experience in writing ETL pipelines to transform data, using dbt or Python
  • Proficiency with coding best practices, including version control via Git.
  • Ability to implement strategies through pragmatic and realistic actions plans, highly organized, structured, process driven and outcome oriented
  • A results-oriented mindset with an eye for detail and a passion for data
  • Highly competent communicator, both written and spoken

Salary- Attractive salary based on experience + car allowance (pay reviews also completed each year)
