About The Team

The role sits within the Customer Management team within the wider Marketing team. The role will support with the development of a customer centric CRM programme using data to determine who, when, how and what communications are sent to individual customers. Utilising the capability unlocked by the Zeta Marketing Platform to execute the programme and acting as targeting and testing SME, whilst providing analysis and recommendations for enhancements to the programme.

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Analyse and provide recommendations to optimise value and marketing spend ROI through the targeting, offer and contact strategy of CRM & FS Marketing activity.
  • Maintain reporting on existing campaign activity and work with relevant teams to ensure data inputs are made into the appropriate systems to feed this process.
  • Support in the design & execution of segment level customer strategies that drive value growth.
  • Define ‘Test & Control’ methodology for tests that ensures results can be measured accurately and confidently to inform future strategy decisions.
  • Support with the development of one Programmatic CRM solution which incorporates all CRM activity into one optimised and measurable programme.
  • Work with Data Science to utilise advanced analytical tools, e.g. segmentation, modelling, AI and machine learning to drive improved campaign and strategy performance.
  • Support the delivery of Omni-channel messaging strategies using data to determine who, when, how and what communications are sent to individual customers.
  • Manage effective working relationships with key stakeholders across Customer Comms, FS Marketing, Finance & Data Intelligence.
  • Collaborate with Campaign Selections and Marketing teams to ensure campaign processes are effective and automated when possible.

About you

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills and with the ability to spot trends and opportunities in data to provide recommendations.
  • Ability to translate complex data into simple and concise formats that can be shared with colleagues across a wide range of disciplines and levels of seniority.
  • A level of understanding of how advanced analytical tools, e.g. segmentation, modelling, AI and machine learning can be utilised within strategies to drive improved performance.
  • Highly organised with a strong attention to detail and able to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
  • Experience in extracting and manipulating data in either SAS or SQL.
