A leading global travel company is seeking a Salesforce Administrator/ Data Analyst

As the Salesforce Administrator/ Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:
-Define the long-term vision and lead execution of the data platform
-Be hands-on: build and maintain the data platform from the pipeline itself to the documentation, dictionary, and critical support process
-Establish the long-term vision and drive the implementation of the data platform.
-Utilize hands-on approach: construct and maintain the data platform from the pipeline itself to the documentation, glossary, and vital support processes.
-Deliver near-real-time reporting, comprehensive data documentation, and self-service analytics.
-Coach and mentor other data engineers, instilling a culture of excellence and software craftsmanship within the team and throughout the organization.
As the Data Specialist you will have the following experience:
- Extensive professional experience as a Data Engineer, specializing in creating scalable data solutions
- Proficient in Salesforce
- Extensive experience with AWS Data Cloud, AWS Glue, and SageMaker
- Demonstrated success in building and overseeing the technical development of large-scale data platforms
- Familiarity with Cloud Data Warehouses or OLAP engines such as Redshift and Snowflake
- Strong background in modeling data warehouses and constructing data pipelines
- Team-oriented, curious, and committed to enhancing our current tools
- Proven ability to mentor and lead other team members from a technical standpoint
- Deep understanding of data as a product and its value in serving the company
