The Company

We are one of London's leading design and build studio based in Chiswick. We specialise in home renovations, loft conversions and kitchen extensions offering our clients services from concept to completion. Our team consists of architects, interior designers, project managers, technicians and builders.


We are currently looking to expand our business and hire an experiencedProject Sales Managerto handle business expansion, building AI driven systems for scaling and manage sales pipeline to increase conversion.


Responsibilities


The job will require you to:


  1. Help generate new leads by working with our marketing team
  2. Meet new prospects virtually or at their property
  3. Carry out initial consultations
  4. Prepare fee proposals and follow up to ensure deal is closed
  5. Handover the project to delivery team
  6. Build AI driven systems for scaling the business
  7. Build B2B partnerships with architects, estate agents, suppliers
  8. Assist with franchise expansion plans nationwide


You will be required to attend weekly status meetings at head office. You will be required to work to monthly/quarterly KPIs such as sales target, value of the works quoted, improve conversion rate and maintaining the CRM system to be as effective as possible.


Initial training and onboarding onto the systems will be arranged.


High Level Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with residential projects sales and real estate
  • Knowledge of planning, design ideas about home renovations
  • Experience in contract negotiations
  • Basic knowledge about costing of residential projects
  • Knowledge of Microsoft word, excel and powerpoint
  • Knowledge of AI and machine learning
  • Knowledge of python (preferred)
  • Fluent english
  • Clean drivers license
  • Great communication skills with in person, virtual and emails
  • Experience with Teams, HubSpot and Pipedrive


Salary & Benefits:


Base Rate +Commission on successful KPIs- Commission is calculated in % of signed gross value of new business.
