Director of Sales – Venue Search

to join

our Sales team .

As an integral part of our sales team reporting into the Vice President of Sales Solutions UK, you will be responsible for driving new business growth within our venue search service.You will collaborate with internal stakeholders in order to develop a proactive and targeted sales/engagement strategy that will in turn drive revenue growth. You will have expertise in new business sales with a background in venues/venue finding. Whilst the primary focus will be targeting revenue into the UK, you will be comfortable in working on global and multinational bids where your clients are based in the UK, giving you the opportunity to collaborate with your global and regional peers.Sound like you? Read on!As a Director of Sales, you will:Manage your own strategy and workload , ensuring that all proposals meet the objectives of the brief and are presented in an effective and timely manner.Recruit, train, and develop

any new team members allocated to growth business with venue search services.Take ownership of any new proposals, tenders, and RFPs assigned or generated, which will include delivery of presentations and pitches where required along with the creation of case studies that showcase our services.Keep in touch with

everything that is new, exciting, and relevant

in the meeting & event industry – especially venues and technology.Maintain a

commercial perspective
