  • Take the lead on sourcing customers to speak at Stripe's flagship industry events and conferences
  • Pitch speaking opportunities to customers, manage logistics, and ensure a seamless experience for both the customer and event teams
  • Work closely with event and content teams to align on program goals and speaker needs
  • Cultivate a diverse roster of customer speakers that represent Stripe's breadth of industries and use cases

Building Customer Advocacy Programs:
  • Develop new initiatives to identify, engage, and nurture Stripe's most passionate customers as advocates
  • Design programs that provide exclusive opportunities, recognition, and community-building for our top advocates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advocacy activities into broader marketing and customer success efforts
  • Measure the impact of advocacy programs and continuously optimize to drive maximum value

Global Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the global customer marketing team to understand best practices and effective programs in other regions
  • Adapt and scale successful global initiatives to your local market, customizing as needed to fit regional dynamics
  • Share learnings and insights from your regional programs to help inform the global strategy

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Copywriting and content creation expertise to develop engaging social media posts
  • Creative problem-solving abilities to craft compelling customer stories and build new advocacy initiatives
