Recruitment Advisor at Harneys & Working Mum (coffee please) About the role
As part of the HR Systems team, you will join the wider HR function to provide support to the business globally. In this role you will be able to generate reports that will support decision making across the business and improve workflow across all functions. You will identify critical gaps in data management, process optimization, and cross-regional administrative support within the HR function. This is an important role for the wider HR function as it will enhance operational efficiency and free capacity for the team to focus on strategic priorities.
Requirements
For this role, you will have:
A university degree with 2-5 years relevant experience
Strong HR administration and technical capability
Experience with data analysis, and utilizing data analysis tools such as SQL or SSRS
Familiarity with HRIS/HRMS and other HR business intelligence tools (Power BI preferred).
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating stakeholder engagement across multiple levels.
Organizational and project management expertise, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Commitment to confidentiality, security, and adherence to data privacy regulations.
Strong Microsoft Office skills with advanced ability in Excel is a must
