WORK SCHEDULE: Hybrid

Sage Copilot is built on the Copilot Framework, it supports our Product teams with core capabilities out of the box. The Product Owner (Copilot Framework) will be responsible for co-ordinating and translating business requirements across the product copilot landscape in support of the Copilot Framework roadmap. The Product Owner will collaborate with BU Product Managers, Engineers, and Experience & Solution Designers to execute on the Copilot strategy, ensuring the Copilot Framework holds true to the Copilot Mission. The Product Owner will develop deep knowledge of the Copilot Framework services and how this articulates to a Copilot experience for the customer and the Copilot creation experience for our engineering and development teams. The PO will become a Copilot Framework SME who can educate and guide HR, payroll and accounting teams throughout their Copilot Framework onboarding experience.

Work closely with product management to understand their Copilot roadmaps, ensuring alignment and priorities across roadmaps are understood and communicated.

Manage the product backlog, balancing must-have requirements with timelines and business outcomes.

Translate business requirements into specifications for UX, and engineering teams to support both estimation and delivery.

Define release / milestone activity plans and contribute to the Copilot Framework roadmap.

Be responsible for executing the Copilot Framework onboarding plan highlighting key features, services for consideration on the Copilot Framework roadmap.

Develop deep knowledge of the Copilot Framework services and how this articulates to a Copilot experience for the customer and a Copilot creation experience for our engineering and development teams. Become a Copilot Framework SME who can educate and guide HR, payroll and accounting teams throughout their Copilot Framework onboarding experience.

Keep abreast of new and emerging technology in the field of machine learning, AL and data analytics and bring this learning into focus across various stakeholders.

Requirements:

Past Product Management or solution design expertise delivering high quality user experience.

Ability to effectively prioritise work packages, taking into consideration dependencies, complexity and business and customer outcomes

Experience working closely with engineers, platforms or as a technical product manager.

Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery.

Proven ability to determine solutions to complex problems with many constraints, using sound judgement to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative.

Thrives when working in a matrix environment, where colleagues need to be supported, driven, influenced to deliver even bigger results.

Preferred:

Experience with roadmap management and backlog tools including such as Aha!, Jira, Confluence, etc.

Experience in Agile development and product management methodologies

Keen interest in Data / Machine Learning / AI
