The Role:Legend is hiring a Product Manager, reporting directly to our Head of Product. We are seeking a visionary Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and performance management of our innovative insights and recommendations tool. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and executing a roadmap that aligns with both business objectives and user needs, ensuring successful product adoption and continuous enhancement. This is one of our most exciting, fast-paced products to manage, as it serves the entire organisation and is a prime space for experimentation, innovation, and enabling tactical decisions with commercial impact. This role is central and will enable the Product Manager to work directly with our founder and collaborate with business units, product managers, and stakeholders.

Your Impact:

  • Craft and implement a go-to-market strategy, ensuring a clear adoption plan is in place.
  • Deliver features to market at quality and user satisfaction.
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams through all product lifecycle stages from discovery to enhancement.
  • Prioritise and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with customer demands and business priorities.
  • Work closely with organisational subject matter experts (SMEs) to maintain product relevance and innovation.
  • Present product plans and progress while managing stakeholder expectations with a high level of transparency.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and areas for improvement.
  • Utilise data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions and future product enhancements.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in product management in technology and data products, preferably with experience in gaming or related industries where rapid innovation is crucial.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and launching products, particularly digital or software products that require complex stakeholder management.
  • Experience working with high-growth technology products, particularly those involving data analytics and user insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong ability to interpret and utilise data in decision-making.

It Would Also Be Great, But Not Essential, If You Had:

  • Experience managing and delivering internal data insights tools.
  • Knowledge of or experience with the latest technologies like AI, machine learning, or big data analytics that could be leveraged to enhance product features and capabilities.
  • A personal passion for gaming, as it brings deeper insight into user behaviour and preferences.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and ability to leverage SEO analytics to drive product enhancements and align with our business’s overarching digital marketing strategies.

The Interview Process:

  • 1st: Initial Chat with Talent Partner (30 mins via Zoom)
  • 2nd: Interview with our team, Head of Product and Engineering Manager (1 hour video via Zoom)
  • 3rd: Take home task - you will be given 5 days to complete the task and present it back to the team, Senior Product Manager and Senior Product Designer (1 hour video via Zoom)
  • 4th: Final interview with our Founder (45min video via Zoom)
