Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Working with a Project Team and supported by the Senior Principle Data Analyst, you will have a role in discovery, definition, design and implementation of operational and analytical reporting capabilities across the full contingent workforce lifecycle. Working with a project team and supported by the Principal Data Analyst in designing and delivering the strategic and operational data capability, to be integrated with existing People Analytics and Insights capabilities.
You will be engaged in all aspects of architecture, design, specs, tests, development, and delivery. As a transformation advocate, you will be reviewing new features against existing products and services to ensure consistency and interoperability of data and systems.
You’ll support the Senior Principal Data Analyst in designing an agile, product-centric analytics suite and take responsibility for implementation and adoption. You’ll partner with colleagues in technology and systems, to ensure process, system and data outcomes are effectively planned and delivered; Working collaboratively map delivery outcomes against HR capabilities, as well as identifying opportunities to improve existing HR data capabilities enterprise-wide.
