This role will be an individual contributor and will report directly into IHS (Integrated Health Solution) Senior Supply Chain Strategy Manager responsible for Control Tower signature program offering, working very closely with a broad number of stakeholders, including the Service Delivery, Customer Care and Supply Chain Lead, IT, and IHS Finance.

A Day in the Life
In this role, you will be responsible for:
• Transforming raw data into meaningful statistics, information, and explanations, using automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources, removing corrupted data, and fixing coding errors and related problems.
• Performing analysis to assess the quality and meaning of data, reviewing with your business partners (Service Delivery, Hospital Clinical team, Hospital Procurement, etc).
• Analyzing industry trends that impact Hospital, such as vendor production issues or product recalls.
• Preparing reports for Hospital and IHS management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
• Working with external data engineers to build client-facing reports.
• Presenting findings to IHS clients and internal stakeholders.

Must Haves

• 10+ years’ experience working with data analytics in supply chain
• Experience using statistical tools in a business setting to identify and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets for the diagnosis and prediction of the supply chain.
• Experience preparing “client-ready” analyses to guide your stakeholders, enabling them to make important decisions based on various facts and trends. 
• Strong IT knowledge as highlighted above
• Supply chain/logistics / material management background essential
• Hospital or medical device background is preferred
• Strong data management skills, including SQL and MS Excel, and ability to work on and build PowerBI or other reporting platforms

Nice to Haves

• VBA is a desirable bonus
• Familiarity with emerging trends in data management and analytics, such as ML and AI
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise, influence, and negotiate effectively at all levels.
• Customer and business-minded with ability to interact with multi-national employees on different hierarchy levels
• Home-based working with travel within Europe, the Middle East, and Africa on an ad-hoc basis (less than 10% of the time). Most travel will be around France, Nordic, and Benelux region
