We are currently hiring for one of the world leading technical companies based in London (offices close to Kings Cross station) for the opportunity to work on NLP & LLM cutting-edge research projects. You will be responsible for building benchmarks and baselines using public datasets to train LLMs on novel, applicable and practical tasks.


This role is an R&D position, culminating advanced development with state-of-the-art tech and publishing research papers in the top-tier NLP/ML/AI conferences and journals. If you are interested in growing your career and being apart of one of the leaders in this space apply below!


Required skills & qualifications:

  • PhD educated in the fields of Machine Learning, Computer Science, NLP or related discipline.
  • Evidence of a strong research track record with publications in top-tier NLP/ML conferences including ACL, NAACL, EMNLP, EACL, NeurIPS, ICLR, ICML.
  • Hold 2 years of research or industry work in the fields of NLP OR LLM related projects.
  • Knowledge of existing LLMs and evaluation frameworks, including experience with the most recent foundational language models.
  • Prior work pre-training/fine-tuning of LLMs on various models; Llama, GPT-4, Mistral, OR experience with SLURM, Ray, TPUs, TTS.
  • Strong software engineering experience with software design / architecture skills, preferably in Python.
