MARKETING DATA ANALYST

Verisure are looking for a Marketing Data Analyst reporting to the Marketing Director/ BI Director . This person will be responsible for data analytics (internal and external), creating analyses, dashboards, and reports to assist in measuring and optimising marketing performance.

Verisure are looking for a Marketing Data Analyst reporting to the Marketing Director/ BI Director . This person will be responsible for data analytics (internal and external), creating analyses, dashboards, and reports to assist in measuring and optimising marketing performance.

Location:Newcastle or London Victoria

Salary:Competitive

Working Hours:Monday-Friday

Major tasks and responsibilities

  • Management, build-out and accountability for all marketing analytics tools PostgreSQL database, digital analytics tools, telephony analytics
  • Work alongside the BI team to optimize database collection, performance and maintenance
  • Proactive and rigorous quality checks to ensure necessary collection, storage and cleaning of the data.
  • Analyse and visualise multiple sources of digital data to discover and create actionable insights to improve business processes and performance.
  • Responsible for the identification and execution of improvements in marketing data capability that will lead to deeper insights.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, solutions and platforms, underlying marketing analytics services and processes.
  • Translate insights into actionable day-to-day improvements across all marketing channels
  • Ensure consistent brand representation and resonance across all marketing channels while monitoring brand perception
  • Efficiently plan, organize, and execute marketing projects while effectively managing resources and communicating with stakeholders

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor'sdegree required
  • Masters degree in a STEM related field strongly preferred
  • 2-3 years experience working in a Consulting, Strategy, or Data Analytics role
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Excel (advanced, will be tested), SQL (Postgresql), ETL pipelines, PowerBI (or other visualisation software).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to translate and visualise data in a concise and accurate way thats easy to digest.
  • Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve digital data strategy based on research, data and industry trends.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in team environments.
  • Outstanding attention to detail
