Are you passionate about using data to drive marketing performance? We’re looking for aMarketing Data Analystto join our growing Data & Digital team in London.

You’ll support our digital and marketing functions by integrating and analysing data from CRM, loyalty, social media, and paid media channels. Your insights will help shape marketing strategy, enhance customer experience, and improve campaign effectiveness.

🎯 Key Responsibilities


đź”—Data Management & Integration

  • Maintain and optimise data pipelines from internal and external sources
  • Source data from CRM systems, loyalty programs, social platforms, and marketing tools
  • Integrate multiple datasets for unified reporting and deeper analysis


📊Reporting & Analytics

  • Produce regular and ad-hoc reports on performance across channels
  • Analyse campaign data to spot trends, identify gaps, and highlight opportunities
  • Deliver clear, data-driven recommendations to shape marketing decisions


🤝Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to align insights with strategic goals
  • Coordinate with agency partners to ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Share best practices with other analysts to drive continuous improvement


⚙️Optimisation & Continuous Improvement

  • Automate processes and support development of self-service dashboards
  • Contribute to A/B testing and optimisation strategies
  • Stay current on analytics tools, marketing technologies, and methodologies

âś…Essential

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing Analytics, Data Science, Business, or similar
  • Experience working with CRM, loyalty, social media, and paid media data
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to extract insights from large datasets
  • Confident communicator, able to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and a collaborative team player


🌟Desirable

  • Proficiency with Tableau or Power BI
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other marketing automation platforms
  • Understanding of attribution models and campaign tracking
  • Experience with Python, R, or similar analytics languages
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
